The Annual Meeting Dilemma<\/h2>\n

Annual general meetings (AGMs) are the cornerstone of organizational governance. They’re where boards report to members, budgets are approved, leadership is elected, and major decisions are ratified. Model 1: Pre-Meeting Online Voting<\/h2>\n
