Frendeal Inc., (the parent corporation of ElectionChamp), WILL NEVER SHARE REGISTRATION DATA OR VOTER DATA WITH A THIRD PARTY. You also have the option to delete voter contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers after the election is complete; please contact us for assistance.

Although Frendeal Inc. owns the application’s code, databases, and all rights, you maintain ownership of your data.

It may be essential to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including, but not limited to, fraud, circumstances involving potential risks to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise allowed or required by law.
