Vote From Any Device, Anywhere
Your voters don't need to download an app, create an account, or be in a specific location. They just tap the secure link in their email or text — it opens their ballot directly, with no code to type — and vote from any phone, tablet, or computer.
No App Required
Works in any mobile browser. Nothing to install.
No Account Needed
Voters authenticate with their unique key, not a username and password.
Vote From Anywhere
Home, office, commute — anywhere with an internet connection.
Same Security
AES-256 encryption and anonymous ballots on every device.
No Downloads. No Accounts. No Barriers.
The biggest killer of voter turnout is friction. Every extra step you add — download this app, create an account, verify your email, set a password — loses you voters. ElectionChamp eliminates all of it.
Voters receive a personal link via email or SMS, tap it, and they're looking at the ballot — the link carries their unique voter key, so there's nothing to type. That's it. No app stores. No sign-up forms. No codes to enter. No passwords to forget.

Combine Online & In-Person Voting
Some members prefer voting online from home. Others want to vote at the annual meeting. ElectionChamp supports both — in a single election. All votes are tracked together regardless of how they were cast, so you get one unified result.
Remote Voters
Vote from home on their own device
In-Person Voters
Vote at the meeting on a shared device
Mobile Voting Drives Higher Turnout
When you remove the requirement to attend a physical meeting or mail back a paper ballot, more people participate. It's that simple. Organizations that switch to online voting consistently see dramatic improvements in participation.

Accessible to Every Voter
Voting should be easy for everyone — regardless of tech comfort, ability, or location.

Run It in Your Language
Build your whole election — ballot, candidates, and notifications — in your community's language, whether that's Spanish, French, Korean, or beyond. Every voter sees the election in that language.
Time Zone Friendly
Members scattered across time zones? No problem. Online voting runs 24/7 during the voting period. No one has to wake up at 3am to attend a meeting.
Mobile & Remote Voting Questions
No. ElectionChamp runs entirely in the web browser. Voters don't need to download anything, install anything, or create an account. They tap their personal voting link and it opens the ballot directly — the link includes their unique voter key, so there's nothing to enter. If a link ever fails, they can still go to the vote page and type in their key. Works on any device with a modern web browser.
Yes. The same AES-256 encryption, SSL connections, unique voter keys, and anonymous ballot separation apply regardless of which device the voter uses. Security is handled server-side, so the device type doesn't affect election integrity.
Yes. You can have some members vote remotely on their own devices and others vote in person using a shared tablet or computer at your meeting. All votes go into the same election and are counted together in one unified result. Contact us for guidance on setting up a hybrid election.
They can try a different browser or switch to a computer or tablet — the same voting link and voter key work on any device. If they're still having trouble, they can contact us at support@electionchamp.com or reach out to their election administrator for assistance.
As long as they haven't submitted their ballot, they can close the browser and access the voting link again from a different device using the same voter key. Once the ballot is submitted, the voter key is locked and the vote is final.
When voters can participate from anywhere on their own schedule — during lunch, on the commute, from the couch — far more people vote. Organizations that switch from in-person-only or paper ballots to online voting typically see turnout increase by 3 to 5 times.
