Voting Invitation
Every voter gets an email, a text message or both, with the election details and a personal voting link. The key is built into the link, so one tap opens the ballot. If you open voting with Now, invitations go out right after launch.
One-Click Reminders to Non-Voters
Click Send reminder to N on your dashboard and every voter who hasn't voted gets their invitation again, by email and SMS. People who've already voted never get one. Free elections include 1 reminder; paid elections up to 5, at most one a day.
A Final Push
Save a reminder for the last day. Send it when you choose, and it reaches only the voters who still haven't voted: a last push that often lifts turnout before the deadline.
Vote Confirmation
As soon as a ballot is recorded, the voter sees a confirmation page with their key and the time, which they can print or save for peace of mind that their vote counted.
Results Notification
When voting closes, the results appear on your Results tab. Click Send results to members there to email a link to them to every voter with an email address and text it to every voter with a mobile number, or share them your own way.
Reminders That Only Reach Non-Voters
This is the feature that drives turnout. Instead of tracking who hasn't voted and sending individual follow-ups, click Send reminder to N: the system knows exactly who hasn't voted and reminds only those people, by email and SMS.
Voters who've already cast their ballot are never sent a reminder. No annoying double-messages. No wasted communication.

Yes. Email and SMS notifications are included on every plan, including the free tier for up to 20 voters. There are no add-on charges for notification delivery.
No. Reminders are only sent to voters who haven't cast their ballot yet. The system automatically tracks who has voted and excludes them from all follow-up reminders. This ensures voters aren't annoyed by unnecessary messages after they've already participated.
Yes. On the Invitations step, the email and text message are written for you, and you can change the wording. Insert details such as the election name, deadline or your email with one click. The subject line names your election, and replies come to you. The preview shows the real email on a phone, and Email me a test sends it to your own inbox.
Check your dashboard to confirm the invitations went out, and suggest the voter check spam/junk folders. You can resend their invitation from the Voters tab (it's the same key and link), or give the voter their voting link and key directly.
